The screening of the military historical drama «Time to Return»
11.10.2024On October 10, 2024, the Russian Center for Science and Culture in Helsinki hosted a screening of the military historical drama produced by «Belarusfilm» «Time to Return» (2024).
The events of the historical film unfold in Belarus, near Orsha in the summer of 1944. The partisan detachment led by the Brigade Commander Gerasim Kirpich receives a particularly important task – to scout out possible ways to break through the Eastern rampart. But it was complicated by the emergence of the jagdteam, whose main task was to eliminate partisan activity in the region. Thus, begins one of the most famous operations of the Great Patriotic War – «Bagration».
The event was attended by representatives of the embassies of Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan, as well as compatriots living in Finland.
